We believe in the art of cold brewing. It's a slow process—24 hours of steeping in cold water—but it makes all the difference. This gentle infusion unlocks the tea's delicate flavors and aromas, leaving you with a smooth, refreshing, and subtly complex drink.

Now for the good stuff: our own honey! We use pure honey, straight from our beehives for a rich, complex sweetness you won't find anywhere else. It's a delicate balance—too much or too little—but we think we've nailed it.

Time for the sparkle! We gently carbonate our delicious brew, creating a fizzy, bubbly drink. It's what makes our tea so special and gives it its signature fizz.

Finally, our sparkling teas are carefully canned by us. We want to make sure every can is packed with flavour and sparkle.
